Welcome to Rahat Charitable Trust. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Rahat Charitable Trust's Website (https://rahatct.in) and its official Mobile Application (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

By accessing this Platform or registering as a member, we assume you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. Do not continue to use Rahat Charitable Trust's services if you do not agree to all of the terms stated on this page.

1. Membership Eligibility

To register as a member or participate in the mutual support programs hosted by the Trust, you must fulfill the following criteria:

• You must be a citizen of India and at least 18 years of age.
• You must provide accurate, lawful, and verifiable personal details during registration.
• You must possess a clean background with no active involvement in severe criminal cases or unlawful anti-social activities.

2. Monthly Contribution & Financial Terms

• Voluntary Sahyog: Membership requires a baseline voluntary contribution of ₹50 per month. This amount is categorized as a charitable donation toward social welfare funds (e.g., Beti Vivah, Emergency Aid).
• Non-Commercial Platform: This is a non-profit setup based on mutual aid and cooperation. It is not an investment scheme, chit fund, or banking service, and it does not promise financial returns, interest, or commercial profits to any member.
• Payment Verification: Members are requested to upload valid payment proofs or transaction IDs for internal bookkeeping and manual review.

3. Guidelines for Financial Aid & Benefits

Financial assistance provided by the Trust (such as Beti Vivah Sahyog or Emergency Support) is granted strictly based on the following provisions:

• The grant of aid is subject to the review, verification, and final discretion of the Trust management and managing committee.
• Mere registration or payment of monthly membership fees does not create an automatic legal right or binding guarantee to claim fixed financial assets from the Trust.
• Any submission of forged, fraudulent, or falsified documentation to claim aid will result in immediate termination of membership and potential legal escalation.

4. User Account Conduct & Safety

Users and members are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the Platform or WebApp for any fraudulent activities or misleading third parties.
• Uploading corrupted files, malicious software, malware, or exploiting technical vulnerabilities within the application.
• Publishing defamatory, disrespectful, or unverified claims regarding the Trust, its management, or other members on social channels.

5. Termination of Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your member profile and access to our Platform at any time, without prior notice, if you breach any clause of these Terms and Conditions, default consistently on monthly compliance, or engage in activities detrimental to the Trust’s public reputation.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes, grievances, or interpretations arising out of your usage of the Platform or membership will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
