• Usage Data & Device Information: When you access the Service via a mobile device, we may collect information automatically, including the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, and standard log data.

2. Use of Data

Rahat Charitable Trust uses the collected data for various crucial purposes:

• To register you as a verified member of the trust and issue a Member ID.
• To maintain and publish public welfare transparency records (such as Member List, Varshik Dan Suchi, Beti Vivah Sahyog Suchi).
• To notify you about changes, updates, or emergency assistance requests within the community.
• To process, verify, and acknowledge your monthly financial contributions.
• To provide helpline assistance and customer support.

If you wish to delete your account or want your information removed from our public listings, you can submit a deletion request directly to rctindia@gmail.com, and your data will be purged within 30 days.
• Children's Privacy: Our Service is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
